vestibular papillomatosis

I wanna know about vestibular papillomatosis. One month ago, I found bumps on labia. At first, my og doctor said it is bateria infection. She gives me medicine but it does not work. My bumps are does not hurt. Second time she said it is genital warts so she gives me crown medicine and vitamin C. Although I apply, my bumps become increasing. So, I change doctor. My second doctor said they are not warts and no need treatment. But she didn not said it was VP. I'm wondering my symptoms are VP. Can someone guide me?
