2nd period

I took an emergency medicine after my period. For 4 days after taking the medicine, I have bleeding like my period is coming again, but there is no pain. I am worried. Please let me know. I dont know if it is a side effect of the medicine, or if it is a change in my menstrual cycle, or if I have two periods. 🥺
