Chief Executive Officer
James Miles-Lambert was born in London, U.K., in 1989. He holds a Master’s degree in International Relations from The University of Nottingham. Upon graduation, James worked for Rocket Internet building Zalora and Lazada across SEA and then Nova Founders where he led all business development efforts before jointly founding Consider Digital in 2013. Consider Digital’s rapid success afforded the opportunity for James to sell his equity and concentrate efforts in founding and building Hello Health Group.
As CEO of Hello Health Group, James is responsible for strategy development and implementation, business development and investor relations.
Dr.Le Thi My Duyen
Duyen Le holds a Medical Doctor Certificate from the Hue University of Medicine from Vietnam and has over 15 years of experience in healthcare information publishing and management. Duyen worked for several years as a manager of Abbott Vietnam and has published many healthcare related educational and training materials in pharmaceutical and nutritional companies such as Mega Life Science Vietnam, Mead Johnson Nutritionals Vietnam, FrieslandCampina Vietnam and Abbott Laboratories Vietnam.
Duyen joined Hello Health Group as Medical Director and is responsible for the strategic planning and governance of the medical content.
Jonas Wilbert was born and raised in Germany. He holds a degree in International Business BSc (Hons) from Berlin University of Economics and Law.Jonas has more than 5 years industry experience in high growth start ups and technology. Prior to Hello Health Group, Jonas has built and lead teams in business development, marketing and sales at a number of leading start ups across Asia & Europe, including FlightRight, Consider Digital and Nova Founders Capital.
Jonas joined Hello Health Group as VP International and is responsible for the expansion of the group across Asia and beyond.
Entrepreneur in Residence
Chris Clarke holds a degree in Mathematics and Economics BSc (Hons) from the London School of Economics & Political Science. Chris has held a number of senior roles in Digital and Technology Startups across South East Asia. Prior to joining Hello Health Group, Chris held positions as a Senior Regional Project Management for Zalora Group in Singapore and a Marketing Manager for Zalora Vietnam. In addition, he has held roles in Operations and Business Development at Nova Founders Capital.
Chris has joined Hello Health Group as an Entrepreneur in Residence and is responsible for Growth, Business Development and Sales.
Mervyn Cheo holds a Bachelor’s Degree (Hons) in Film & Television from Tisch School of Fine Arts, New York University. Mervyn is an active entrepreneur, investor and marketer with over 15 years of experience in building leading companies. He currently sits on the board of a range of leading and start-up companies in the fields of insurance, marketing, media, agriculture, construction and security across Indochina.
As Chairman of Hello Health Group, Mervyn is responsible for the strategic direction of the group’s investments and partnerships across all markets.

Randy Dobson is the Chairman and CEO of California Management Group. His career in the health & fitness industry spans over 20 years, starting at 24 Hour Fitness; the then largest privately owned Fitness Company in the World. In 2007, following his role as the Vice President of Asia for 24 Hour Fitness and having operated in 7 markets across the region, Randy established California Fitness & Yoga in Vietnam. In less than 9 years, Randy created the largest luxury Fitness Chain in Vietnam; and transformed the original fitness business into the CMG conglomerate it is today. A lifestyle company that now owns and operates 18 different brands in fitness, entertainment, media and medical services. Some brands include Centuryon, Eri International, Morfit and UFC Gym.
Randy is a respected thought leader, known for building high-performance business cultures and joins Hello Health Group with a clear focus on helping us develop our people and systems for market leadership.

Charles Toomey has lived and worked in Asia setting up and leading large and complex business operations culminating in his last major role, from 2007 to 2014 leading the operations for a large Swiss company, DKSH Healthcare, where he was Executive Vice President for another 5 years before taking the position as Head of the DKSH Healthcare business unit of the business employing over 8000 staff across Asia for another 3 years. After leaving DKSH Charles has Co-Founded Action4Diabetics.
